Terms of Service

Signal Studio is owned and operated by Signal SEO & Web Design - Houston ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Signal Studio. These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and Signal SEO & Web Design - Houston covering your use of our AI site builder, SEO tooling, agent runs and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing or continuing to use Signal Studio you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Studio on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for everything that happens under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

3. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You must not use Signal Studio to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate anyone else doing so;
• commit fraud, send spam, or publish deceptive, misleading or scam content;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, publish content you do not have the rights to, or upload third-party images, logos or copy you are not licensed to use;
• publish illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or defamatory material, or deepfakes and impersonations of real people or businesses;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, penetration testing, credential stuffing, rate-limit evasion, scraping or unauthorised automation;
• reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the platform itself, or attempt to bypass credit metering, plan limits or paywalls.

Because Studio uses generative AI, you are responsible for your prompts, for the inputs you supply, and for reviewing generated copy, metadata and imagery before you publish it. AI output can be inaccurate and is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. We may filter, refuse or remove content and outputs that breach this section, and we respond to rights-holder takedown requests sent to support@signalseowebdesign.com. Repeat infringement results in termination.

4. Credits, subscriptions and payment

Usage is metered in credits. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and each renewal refreshes your plan's credit allowance. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing and cancellation mechanics are handled by our reseller and are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Licence, content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content and sites you create with Signal Studio, and you grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service. We retain all rights in the Signal Studio platform, software, prompts, documentation and branding, and grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within the plan you have purchased.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep Studio fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access — in whole or in part, with or without notice where the risk requires it — for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of section 3. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. On termination, paid features switch off and you will be given a reasonable window to export your sites and content before data is deleted.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost rankings or lost goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts located in Harris County, Texas will have jurisdiction over any dispute. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions go to support@signalseowebdesign.com.
