Refund Policy

Signal Studio is operated by Signal SEO & Web Design - Houston ("we", "us"). We want you to be happy with what you build, so every paid Signal Studio plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first-time subscription purchases, renewals and credit top-up packs.

2. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or email us at support@signalseowebdesign.com and we will help you through it. You do not need to give a reason.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds usually appear within 5–10 business days. Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your order.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a plan at any time from your dashboard or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access to your plan for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request — use the steps in section 2 if you also want your money back.

5. Sites and exports you keep

Refunded or not, anything you have already exported stays yours. After a refund your workspace returns to the Free plan and paid-plan features (custom domains, badge removal, agent runs, client slots) are switched off.
