Site architecture that actually ranks

Why a 12-page service + city structure beats a beautiful one-pager every single time.

Site architecture that actually ranks

One page cannot rank for ten things

Google ranks pages, not businesses. When every service lives on one scrolling homepage, that page has to compete for every keyword at once — and it loses to competitors who gave each service its own dedicated URL, title and heading map.

Signal Studio plans architecture before it writes a word of copy: a home page, one page per service, one page per priority city, plus trust pages like about, reviews and contact.

The shape we ship

Home → Services hub → individual service pages → city pages that internally link back into the matching service. Every leaf gets a unique title under 60 characters, a meta description under 160, exactly one H1, and a breadcrumb trail.

That structure is boring on purpose. Boring structure is what crawlers reward.

Do it once, at the plan stage

Retrofitting URLs later means redirects, lost equity and broken links. Studio makes the sitemap the first artifact of the build so the structure is right before the design ever loads.
